Engineering Materials Live Exhibitor Launches Free Selector Tool

Engineering materials expert Distrupol has launched a quick, clear and easy-to-use new materials selector tool which is now available on the company’s website - and which may also form a conversation point on their stand at the Engineering Materials Live exhibition on 12th March next year.

Using the new selector tool, designers and manufacturers can compare and contrast a wide variety of engineering materials by applying a range of essential criteria such as fire retardancy, processing methods, softening temperatures, UV resistance, elongation break points and much more. The selector is simple to use and, according to the company, allows engineers to access accurate, reliable materials information speedily and without having to trawl through countless datasheets. Searches may also be made by material and trade name too. Visitors to Engineering Materials Live may also wish to speak with Distrupol’s team of experienced development engineers about other things too:  they can provide valuable advice covering materials selection, processing, REACH compliance, tooling, testing and much more.

Entry to the Engineering Materials Live event is free of charge by pre-registration. The event takes place at the acclaimed British Motor Museum on 12th March next year: the venue is located adjacent to the Aston Martin and JLR plants south of Warwick and just 1 minute from the M40. There is abundant free parking, and for visitors arriving before 1030, a free bacon roll and brew too. Tea and coffee is provided free of charge all day at the event, and pre-registered exhibition visitors can also visit the superb Museum, with almost 300 fascinating cars on show, free of charge too (standard adult entry fee otherwise is £14.50).
